By accessing or using Entropia Events and EntropiaEventsApp, users agree to comply with the following platform terms, policies and infrastructure usage guidelines.

Entropia Events is an independent community-driven platform project developed for the Entropia Universe ecosystem and remains under active development.

Users are responsible for maintaining the security and integrity of their Entropia Events accounts and connected authentication providers.

Users agree not to:

Share account access with unauthorized users
Attempt to bypass authentication systems
Impersonate other platform users
Abuse synchronization infrastructure
Interfere with platform stability

Entropia Events is intended to support fair and community-focused event participation systems.

Users may not use the platform to:

Exploit platform systems
Manipulate future leaderboard systems
Submit fraudulent synchronization data
Disrupt event infrastructure
Attempt unauthorized platform access

EntropiaEventsApp is the official desktop bridge application developed for Entropia Events platform synchronization systems.

The desktop bridge is intended to support:

Avatar verification systems
Future live event synchronization
Bridge-driven event infrastructure
Future leaderboard tracking
Bridge connection systems

Users retain full control over whether the desktop bridge is installed, whether synchronization is enabled and whether local chat.log integration is linked.

EntropiaEventsApp requires manual user approval before local chat.log integration can occur.

Users must manually select local files through the desktop application interface.

The application does not automatically search the user system for files without direct user interaction.

EntropiaEventsApp stores limited local configuration information required for persistent desktop functionality and bridge authentication systems.

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their local systems and application environments.

Entropia Events and EntropiaEventsApp remain under active development and platform functionality may evolve over time.

Features, synchronization systems, event infrastructure and APIs may change, expand or be temporarily unavailable during ongoing development.

While platform stability remains a priority, Entropia Events does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of services, synchronization systems or desktop bridge infrastructure.

Temporary outages, maintenance periods or infrastructure interruptions may occur during active development and future platform expansion.

Entropia Events is being designed as a scalable ecosystem capable of supporting future live event systems, leaderboard infrastructure, bridge-driven synchronization and expanded community event functionality.

Future systems may include:

Live synchronized event tracking
Automated scoring systems
Participant analytics infrastructure
Advanced event management systems
Expanded leaderboard functionality

Entropia Events reserves the right to restrict, suspend or terminate access to platform systems in cases involving abuse, infrastructure disruption, fraudulent activity or violations of these terms.

Enforcement decisions are intended to protect platform stability, synchronization integrity and broader community infrastructure functionality.
