References to Entropia Universe, planets, items, creatures, avatars or other game-related content are provided solely for informational and community purposes.

Entropia Universe, Planet Calypso and all related game assets, trademarks, logos, names and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

Nothing contained within Entropia Events should be interpreted as claiming ownership of any third-party intellectual property.

Certain content displayed on the platform may originate from community members, event organizers or user-generated submissions.

Entropia Events does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or reliability of all user-submitted content.

Entropia Events cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation across all operating systems, hardware configurations or future software environments.

Entropia Events provides infrastructure for community event creation, promotion, registration and tracking. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, event prizes are funded and distributed solely by the event organizer.

Event organizers are solely responsible for obtaining, holding, distributing and delivering any prizes, rewards or winnings associated with their events.

Entropia Events does not hold participant funds, prize pools, event rewards or winnings on behalf of event organizers and does not act as an escrow service or payment intermediary.

Entropia Events accepts no responsibility for delayed prize delivery, incomplete prize distribution, disputes regarding rewards or failure by an event organizer to fulfill prize obligations.

Any dispute regarding event prizes must be resolved directly between the event organizer and the participants involved.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Entropia Events and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

This includes but is not limited to service interruptions, data loss, event disputes, missed opportunities, technical failures or user-generated content.
