Entropia Events provides infrastructure for community competitions but does not fund, hold or distribute prizes for community-created events unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Event organizers are solely responsible for funding, managing and distributing prizes associated with their events.

Organizers are responsible for ensuring prize information is accurate and clearly communicated to participants.

Entropia Events does not act as an escrow service, prize holder, financial intermediary or payment processor for community events.

The platform does not take possession of prizes or winnings on behalf of event organizers.

Any dispute regarding prize delivery, delayed payments, incomplete rewards or organizer obligations must be resolved directly between the event organizer and event participants.

Entropia Events accepts no liability for unpaid prizes, delayed prize delivery or organizer failures relating to prize distribution.
