Entropia Events provides a platform for community-created events and competitions within Entropia Universe.

These rules establish the general framework for event creation, participation and administration across the platform.

Event Organizer Responsibility
Community-managed events

Event organizers are responsible for creating, managing and administering their own events.

Organizers are expected to provide clear event information including event objectives, participation requirements, scoring methods, duration and prize details where applicable.

Organizers are responsible for resolving routine event questions and participant concerns relating directly to their events.

Event Information
Accuracy and transparency

Event listings should accurately describe the event being offered.

Organizers should avoid misleading descriptions, inaccurate prize information or intentionally confusing event requirements.

Significant changes to an event should be communicated to participants as early as reasonably possible.

Participant Responsibility
Fair participation expectations

Participants are responsible for reviewing event details before registering or taking part in an event.

Users should ensure they understand the event rules, scoring system and eligibility requirements before participation.

Participants are expected to compete fairly and honestly throughout the duration of an event.

Platform Role
Infrastructure provider

Entropia Events provides event creation tools, registration systems, scoring infrastructure, leaderboard functionality and event discovery services.

Entropia Events is not the organizer of community-created events unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Event organizers remain responsible for managing their own competitions and participants.

Event Moderation
Community-led administration

Organizers are expected to moderate and administer their own events.

Entropia Events does not routinely intervene in normal event management decisions, organizer rulings or participant disagreements.

The platform may review situations involving fraud, platform abuse, manipulation or serious violations of platform policies.

Event Cancellation & Changes
Organizer authority

Event organizers may cancel, postpone or modify their events where necessary.

Organizers should communicate significant changes clearly and promptly whenever possible.

Participants acknowledge that community-run events may occasionally change due to organizer circumstances, technical issues or unforeseen events.

Policy Enforcement
Platform integrity

Entropia Events reserves the right to remove, suspend or restrict events that violate platform policies, applicable laws or community standards.

Repeated abuse of platform systems may result in account restrictions or removal from the platform.
